       We are committed to providing our children with English immersion bilingual environment. So we teachers should improve our oral English fist. It was said: “An hour in the morning is worth two in the evening.” Every day in the morning, all of the teachers attend English training lessons handled by English teachers. We practice oral English by games ,songs and situational performance.   

       With the music of English nursery rhythm,we sing and dance together. Of course，we always try to use English to communicate with children during kindergarten time. 

       At the end of last month, we hold a test to check our English learning effect. 

       To check English teaching achievement of October,on Dec.4th,we went to each class again. Kids works better than last month and obviously, they really enjoy it. 

       We believe that the harder you work,the lukier you`ll be. （越努力，越幸运）As teachers,we are always eager to learn more, because we are young, full of energy and have a bright future.
